Officers from the Volta Regional Coordinating Council visited the Ave Crocodile Resort to catch a glimpse of the beautiful crocodiles in their natural habitat. They were priviledge to also see how the crocodiles feed on fowls and touch the soft skin of these beautiful reptiles.
The Akatsi North District Assembly today held an Audit Committee meeting to discuss the Internal Audit report, external Auditors management letter etc. In attendance was the Hon. DCE for Akatsi North District Assembly, Hon Dr. Prince Sodoke Amuzu, the Audit Committee Chairman-Mr. Kenneth Gbezeh, the District Coordinating Director-Mr John Kennedy Cobbah, Presiding Member-Hon. Patrick Kwame Ahiabu and other Members of the Committee.
The Hon. District Chief Executive and the District Coordinating Director of the Akatsi North District Assembly visited the ongoing district circuit court building project. The Hon. DCE expressed his joy about the speed of work. The contractor assured management that the project would be ready by October 2021.

As part of the commitment of the Akatsi North District Assembly to support the People Living With Disabilities (PWDs) and make them self reliant, the District Chief Executive, Hon. Dr. Prince Sodoke Amuzu together with Paramount Chief of Ave Dakpa, Torgbui Nyamekor Glakpe IV has donated fridges to the PWDs who intend to use it for commercial purposes.
