DAY 2 OF RELIEF ITEMS DISTRIBUTION SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED IN AKATSI NORTH DISTRICT

The Akatsi North District Assembly has successfully completed Day Two of the distribution of relief items to persons affected by the recent floods and rainstorm in the District.

The exercise, which took place today, Wednesday, July 22, 2026, forms part of ongoing efforts by the Assembly and its partners to provide much-needed support and relief to affected households and to alleviate their plight.

The District Chief Executive, Hon. Bless Kodjo Katamani, expressed gratitude to the Almighty God for a successful and incident-free exercise and reaffirmed the Assembly’s commitment to ensuring that all affected persons receive the necessary support.

The distribution exercise continues in the coming days to cover all affected communities.
