Rapid Climate Vulnerability Assessment Workshop

The Strengthening Investments in Gender-Responsive Climate Adaptation (SIGRA) Project is a five-year partnership initiative between Cowater Ghana and the Ministry of Local Government, Decentralization, and Rural Development (MLGDRD), aimed at supporting partner MMDAs and the Volta Regional Coordinating Council (VRCC) in enhancing climate adaptation investments. The project is funded by the Government of Canada.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance climate resilience in the Akatsi North District, we are undertaking a rapid climate change assessment to better understand the situation at the local levels. The purpose of this workshop is to engage key stakeholders in identifying and discussing pathways to sustainable climate adaptation in the district.
